Terms and Conditions

                                                 Please read the following terms & conditions before making a booking:

 

  • Reservations :

        A Non refundable deposit of 100 pounds due on booking to confirm your reservation and must be recieved within 7 working days.

        Full balance must be paid 5 weeks prior to arrival. Bookings made less than 5 weeks before arrival are payable in full at time of booking.

        Bookings will be cancelled if the deposit is not received within 7 working days.

 

  • Bookings are made in good faith that Creagach chalet will be available on the arranged date. If, due to circumstances beyond our control, it is not available and we cannot guarantee the provision of alternative accommodation. In such circumstances, the deposit and balance will be fully reimbursed,  and the client will have no further claim against the proprietor.

 

  • CHECK IN IS FROM 4pm and the chalet MUST BE VACATED BY 10am on morning of departure. This is for thorough cleaning.

 

  • Please leave the chalet clean and tidy on departure, and report any damages.

  • If the chalet is found in an inappropriate condition an additional charge will be owed.

  • Any damage or loss to contents of the chalet will be charged in full.

  • Maximum amount of 5 persons are allowed to stay in the chalet.

  • No smoking is allowed anywhere inside the chalet.

 

  • Insurance :

        We highly recommend you take out travel insurance, in case you have to cancel your holiday.

        It will also cover loss or damage to your personal belongings.

        We are not responsible for any loss, damage or personal injury not caused through the fault of the Creagach Chalet.

        Vehicles, luggage and contents are left in the chalet at the owners own risk, keys are provided, the chalet and storage are fully secure.

 

  • Cancellation :

        To cancel a booking you must notify us as soon as possible and conformation of cancellation will be required in writing by email or letter.

        We will try and re-book your week, if we are successful then we will refund the £100 deposit.

        If we cannot re-book your week then the £100 deposit will not be refunded.

        If the cancellation is made less than 5 weeks before due date all money is non refundable.

 

  • Dogs :

        Dogs are not allowed on any soft furnishings, beds and sofas.

        Dogs must be kept on a lead and under careful control around local livestock.

        Dogs must not be left alone in the Chalet.

 

  • We are not responsible for non arrivals due to ferry/plane disruptions or adverse weather, no refund will be given, please make sure you are covered by your travel insurance.
